SHIPPING
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

**On all domestic or international SOUK orders, shipping rates will be directly communicated to the customer by the Good Earth team. The above shipping rates do not apply to SOUK products.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We offer shipping for all domestic orders.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For international orders, fee is charged depending on the currency you are shopping in.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in the stated product price. Duties & taxes will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
- These fees are typically assessed by the destination country at the time of import. The rates vary depending on the country and the type of product, and therefore cannot be pre-determined or communicated by the brand. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office, or with the carrier, in advance to estimate any potential costs.
- Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for customs clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of unavailability of the document, if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Nanddora will not be liable for any refund
- You will need to pay the applicable duties, taxes, and any import clearance service fees directly to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) upon delivery. An invoice will be issued to you by the carrier for these charges.
- International orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchange/size exchange, refunds or credit note. However, if you face any issues such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please write to us at team.nanddora@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting product images. We will be happy to issue a credit note or refund in such cases.
- In the event of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, Nanddora assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for re-attempted delivery. The order will be considered abandoned by the courier company.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Although we aim to deliver the order as per the timelines mentioned in the order confirmation, delays due to custom clearance processes in the destination country are not in our control.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
